Messaging Policy

Effective date: July 21, 2026

SNDLater, operated by Enovative Enterprises LLC, helps you schedule and send SMS text messages through your own RingCentral account and phone number. You are the sender of every message you schedule, and you are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, carrier rules, and this Messaging Policy.

In short: only message people who have agreed to hear from you, always honor opt-outs, don't send prohibited content, and follow the law (TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC rules). Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended.

1. Consent (opt-in)

You must obtain prior express consent from a recipient before sending them messages, and, where required, prior express written consent for marketing messages. You should keep records of the consent you obtain. Do not message purchased, rented, or scraped lists of numbers.

2. Opt-out (STOP)

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or similar keywords such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT). SNDLater honors these opt-outs and will not send further scheduled messages to a number that has opted out. You must also honor opt-out requests received by any other means, and you must not attempt to circumvent opt-outs. Replying HELP should provide the recipient a way to get assistance.

3. Identify yourself

Your messages should make clear who is sending them (your business name), and marketing messages should include opt-out instructions at an appropriate frequency.

4. A2P 10DLC registration

Application-to-person (A2P) messaging in the United States requires that the sending brand and campaign be registered with The Campaign Registry (10DLC). You are responsible for completing any required registration for your RingCentral number and messaging use case. Unregistered traffic may be blocked or filtered by carriers.

5. Prohibited content and use

You may not use the Service to send messages that are unlawful or that involve:

6. Timing and frequency

Send messages at reasonable hours and respect applicable quiet-hour and frequency rules and recipient preferences. Because SNDLater sends at the time you schedule, you are responsible for choosing appropriate send times.

7. Compliance

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and standards, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and RingCentral's and the carriers' acceptable-use requirements. Nothing in this policy is legal advice; consult your own counsel about your obligations.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates this Messaging Policy or applicable rules, with or without notice.
