Privacy Policy

SNDLater (the "Service") is operated by Enovative Enterprises LLC ("SNDLater," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use SNDLater, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. What SNDLater does

SNDLater lets you schedule text messages to be sent later from your own RingCentral account and phone number. We do not provide the phone number or the messaging network — RingCentral does. We act on your instructions to send the messages you compose at the times you choose.

2. Information we collect

• RingCentral account information. When you connect your RingCentral account, we receive your account and extension identifiers, your name, and your business phone number, along with access credentials (tokens) that let SNDLater send messages on your behalf. These tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
• Message data. The recipient phone numbers, message text, and scheduled send times you enter, and the delivery status of each message.
• Contacts. Any names and phone numbers you save in the app's contact list.
• Opt-out records. Phone numbers that reply "STOP," which we retain to honor opt-outs.
• Billing information. Subscription and payment processing are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we store a customer/subscription identifier and your subscription status.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs (e.g., timestamps and error information) used to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

• To provide the Service — scheduling and sending the messages you create, from your RingCentral number.
• To honor opt-outs (STOP requests) and support compliance.
• To process your subscription and provide customer support.
• To maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your messages for advertising.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• RingCentral — to send your messages and read delivery/opt-out status, using the account you connected.
• Stripe — to process subscription payments.
• Hosting provider (Render) — where the Service and its database run.
• Legal — if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SNDLater or others.

5. How we protect information

RingCentral access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to systems is limited. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and message records while your account is active. Opt-out (STOP) records are retained as long as needed to honor them. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below); we will delete it except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can disconnect your RingCentral account at any time from within the app, which revokes SNDLater's access.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

8. Recipients and message content

You are responsible for the messages you send and for having the necessary consent to contact your recipients. Please see our Messaging Policy. Recipient phone numbers and message content are processed solely to deliver the messages you schedule.

9. Third-party services

Your use of RingCentral and Stripe is also governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

10. Children

SNDLater is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the app.
